So, what does it cost?

Well, it depends. Mainly on your choice of flights and accomodation.

Flights

Most delegates organize the flights themselves. Current prices range from NOK 8 000,- to as much as you could imagine. Of course, our travel partner, Amex GBT, can help you out and provide you with an offer.

Hotel

The delegation hotel, Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria, offers good rates under excellent terms.

Rates:
Nights between 1-5 May: $269 + 17.77% tax
All other nights: $189 + 17.77% tax

Reservations will become legally binding 25 March

Delegation fee

The delegation fee covers local transport to and from delegation events, HSE, food and drinks at delegation events, travel management, OTC Exhibition badge and more.

Prices:
Early bird* NOK 5 300,-
Standard NOK 6 500,-
